New South Loop Offices
Mindlight has officially moved into its new office space, a sprawling concrete loft space at 18th and Canal, with the Chicago River on one side and two freight train lines on the other. The space, that it shares with Mimi Productions, ViralFilmVideo.com, Nexvision and Midwest Independent Film Festival. Two additional office spaces are available for expansion and production overflow. The feature film trailer for "Sketch" will be shown on the big screen in it's HD splendor as part of the Midwest Independent Film Festivals May 6th program. "Welcome Back to the Barrio" sale to Laguna official
Mindlight Films has officially licensed "Welcome Back to the Barrio" with distributor Laguna Pictures of southern California for worldwide release. As specific information about the release becomes available we will post it on our website. www.mindlight.com

Mindlight has been updating it's website during the previous weeks adding photo galleries, videos, and other content. We're excited to add new content in the coming months including more detailed information on upcoming projects and various other happenings. Hopefully we can also make it an interactive site so people involved with a specific project can comment or participate in a forum.
"Welcome Back to the Barrio" nearing distribution deal with LAGUNA
Mindlight's "Welcome Back to the Barrio" directed by Jaime Mariscal and produced by David J. Miller and Juan J. Frausto, has a tentative distribution deal in place with Laguna of Van Nuys California to be released worldwide. More announcements will follow when the agreement becomes official .
"Riffraff" US Premiere in Muskegan MI
Thanks to everyone who attended the US premiere of Riffraff last week at the Muskegon Film Festival.
To all the cast and crew and fans who couldn't make the three hour trip from Chicago, we hope to post some photos from the festivities soon. If you have photos from the festival please e-mail us.
